FORM is a collaborative multi-effect pedal in a DIY kit created by Norwegian companies Pladask Elektrisk and BandOrg. I t features 8 separate effects (Ring Modulator, Random Vibrato, Tape Delay Simulator, Texture Reverb, Octave Generator Delay, Reverse Delay, Grain Shuffler and Granular Time Stretch).
The two companies are organizing three DIY workshops during which attendees will be guided through the soldering of a unit.
